About Mark

Mark brings more than 30 years of semiconductor leadership experience with Intel Corporation. He has managed a large volume of construction contracting negotiations, with a track record of savings on large capital projects. As Director of Asia Construction, he led the building of large fab and assembly test facilities in Asia, living there while he did it. Most recently, he spent a large amount of time in Vietnam with his two children.

As a senior leader, Mark blends people leadership with a direct construction background on large capital projects of more than $1 billion, supplemented by his contract and negotiation skills. That background enables him to execute projects, build highly motivated and efficient organizations, and deliver a single point of ownership for the owner's responsibilities.

He can manage large, complex organizations to meet delivery expectations, and he has direct project management experience meeting safety, cost, schedule and quality requirements. His earlier experience includes managing an Intel facility as manufacturing manager, where he implemented Lean and constraint methods in manufacturing.
